These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Detail X, a mobile detailing service operated by Eli James, located in The Poconos. By scheduling and receiving services from Detail X, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

### 1. Services

Detail X offers a range of detailing services, including but not limited to interior and exterior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, engine bay cleaning, pet hair removal, and sand removal. Detailed descriptions of each service are available upon request and on our website.

### 2. Appointments and Cancellations

- **Scheduling:** Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We strive to accommodate preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee availability.

- **Cancellations:** Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service cost.

### 3. Payment Terms

- **Payment Due:** Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

- **Methods of Payment:** We accept cash, credit cards, and other electronic payment methods.

- **Late Payments:** Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount for each week past due.

### 4. Liability

- **Care and Diligence:** Detail X will take all reasonable care to protect the Client's vehicle during the detailing process.

- **Pre-existing Conditions:** We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions in the vehicle. Clients are advised to inform us of any known issues prior to service.

- **Damages:** Any claims of damage must be reported immediately upon service completion. Detail X will investigate and address any legitimate claims.

### 5. Service Limitations

- **Environmental Factors:** Weather conditions may impact the ability to perform certain services. Detail X reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to adverse weather conditions.

- **Accessibility:** The Client must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and that there is sufficient space for our team to perform the detailing services.

### 6. Satisfaction Guarantee

- **Quality Assurance:** We strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. If the Client is not satisfied with the service, they must notify Detail X within 24 hours of service completion.

- **Resolution:** Detail X will make every effort to resolve any issues to the Client's satisfaction, which may include redoing certain services at no additional cost.

### 7. Privacy and Confidentiality

- **Client Information:** Detail X respects the privacy of our clients. Personal information collected during the scheduling and service process will be used solely for providing and improving our services.

- **Confidentiality:** Detail X will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the Client’s consent, except as required by law.

### 8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.

### 9. Amendments

Detail X reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the Terms.
